- GABA: Reduces the amount of nerve cell activity which promotes feelings of calmness and relaxation
- Passiflora Incarnata: Known for its ability to reduce tension and promote relaxation
- Inositol: Regulates seratonin levels to promote a balanced mindset
- L-Theanine: An amino acid found in green tea that increases levels of GABA and dopamine in the brain to aid a calm and focussed mental state without causing drowsiness
